Did this sweater shrink or did I get bigger?

I know I'm not the only one who's asked myself that question. How many times has it happened to you? A shirt or pair of parents that once fit perfectly fine now feels a little tight. It could be that you dried it on too high heat. Or is it that you've been eating one too many cupcakes lately? I think I'll blame it on the dryer.
